Having trouble registering or accessing Zenta from your corporate network?
Last updated: September 15, 2026
If you are trying to register or access Zenta from a corporate network, your organization’s security policies or firewall may be blocking some of the connections required for the platform to function properly.
This issue does not usually occur when using a home network or an internet connection without corporate restrictions.
If you experience difficulties registering, signing in, or accessing a questionnaire from your corporate network, we recommend asking your organization’s IT department to add the following URLs to the firewall, proxy, or content filter allowlist.
If any of these domains are blocked, you may experience loading errors, authentication failures, or limited access to certain platform features.
Domains to allow
Domain | Function |
|---|---|
zenta.app | Main application and user interface |
api.zenta.app | API — communication between the client and the backend |
storage.zenta.app | File and document storage |
static.zenta.app | Static resources, including assets, images, and scripts |
auth.zenta.app | Authentication and session management |
platform.zenta.app | Platform services |
static.riskallay.com | Static resources associated with Riskallay |
zenta-storage.s3.amazonaws.com | Cloud storage (Amazon S3) |
Recommendations
Allow both HTTP and HTTPS traffic (port 443) for all the domains listed above.
If your firewall filters each subdomain separately, we recommend adding a wildcard rule for
*.zenta.appin addition to the specific entries. This will prevent future subdomains from being blocked by default.Make sure that no proxy server or SSL inspection tool interferes with connections to these domains, as this may cause certificate errors.
After applying the changes, we recommend performing a full platform access test—including signing in, uploading documents, and navigating through the platform—to confirm that no resources remain blocked.
